PRANIC HEALING AGREEMENT
Please read the agreement carefully. By purchasing Pranic Healing sessions you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the follow terms stated herein.
Mana Evolution LLC (herein referred to as “Company”) agrees to provide online Pranic Healing sessions (herein referred to as “Pranic Healing”). Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in Pranic Healing.
DISCLAIMER
It is essential that the client understands that no energy healing therapy can be accepted as a replacement for any prescribed or necessary medical treatment, but is best used as a complimentary treatment. Energy therapists are not able to diagnose or medically treat any illness or condition. Pranic Healing is there to support Client in their own healing abilities. Anais Rath (herein referred to as “Practitioner”) and Company, is not a physician, therapist, registered dietician, healthcare practitioner or psychotherapist. Client understands that Practitioner has not promised, shall not be obligated to and will not; (1) perform any diagnosis or treatment, (2) procure or attempt to heal a Client; (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counselling or behavioural therapy.
FEES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
The Client has the choice of the following Pranic Healing options:
1) Single Pranic Healing session 90min $84
2) Package of 4 Pranic Healing sessions each 90min $290
3) Package of 8 Pranic Healing sessions each 90min $540
Page 1 of 4 If for any reason Mana Evolution is offering a special discount/promotion for a limited time, then that replaces the above. The prices will eventually change over time for which Client will be asked to sign a new agreement.
Client must pay the entire invoice on the provided due date.
REFUND POLICY
Pranic Healing sessions are not refundable.
If you are unsure if a Pranic Healing package of several sessions is the right journey for you, it’s recommended to take a single session first and after that decide for a full package. In the event that you’ve purchased a Pranic Healing package of several Pranic Healing sessions and after the a few sessions already feel like your goals have been met, you are welcome to use the remaining sessions for a later time.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Once payment is made for booking single sessions, fees are 100% non-refundable, but session fees can be applied to an appointment at a later date if you need to reschedule. Each client receives one free rescheduling if the session is rescheduled prior to the 24 hour window before the call. To reschedule, you must do so prior to 24 hours before your session begins or your payment and one-time complimentary rescheduling will be forfeited. To reschedule your session, simply send an email to contact@rawexpansion.com. If the session is cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled start of your call, no refunds are available.
Due to Practitioner’s current location, it can very rarely come to unpredictable internet outages without alternative options to conduct the scheduled Pranic Healing session. In such circumstances, Client understands that Practitioner might not have the means to inform Client in time and accepts a rescheduling without refunds.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Company respects Client’s privacy and insists that Client respects the Company. Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any Confidential Information shared as part of the Pranic Healing. Both Parties will keep Confidential Information in strictest confidence and shall use the best efforts to safeguard the Confidential Information. Client agrees not to violate the Company’s publicity or privacy rights. Additionally, Practitioner will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third party.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Any information shared by Practitioner before, during or after a Pranic Healing session is intended for strictly educational purposes. Client accepts and agrees that Client is 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Pranic Healing. Company makes no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing. Client understands that because of the nature of the Pranic Healing, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary.
Client agrees not to disregard, avoid or delay obtaining medical or health related advice from your health-care professional because of any information or experience related to the Pranic Healing. Client agrees not to rely on Pranic Healing as a substitute for nor replacement of professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If Client has any concerns or questions about their health, Client should always consult with a physician or other health-care professional.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Client agrees they used Company’s Pranic Healings at their own risk and that the Pranic Healing is only a complementary service being provided. Client releases Company and its Practitioner from any and all damages that may result from my participation in the Pranic Healings. Client agrees that Company will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from the Company’s Pranic Healing sessions. Company assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any of the information shared before, during or after the Pranic Healing.
MODIFICATION
Company may modify terms of this agreement at any time. The Client shall be notified via email of any changes.
TERMINATION
Company is committed to providing all clients in the Pranic Healing with a positive experience. By purchasing these sessions, Client agrees that the Company may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, and terminate Client’s participation in the Pranic Healing if Client fails to follow the Pranic Healing agreement.

I understand and accept that I am precluded from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies contained herein.
